Diane Dickinson is the Managing Director of Human Resources and Talent at Ducker Carlisle.

Diane’s career at Ducker Carlisle spans multiple decades where she has played roles in competitive intelligence, project execution, and most recently driving HR strategy to align with growth objectives and enhancing the employee experience through culture- and retention-based initiatives. Diane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts and Sciences from Michigan State University. In addition, she practices continuing education and is a member of SHRM.

Jen is Managing Director of Recruiting and Talent Development at Ducker Carlisle where she shares responsibility for the company’s overall talent strategies, performance management, training, development and human resources functions.

Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. Prior to transitioning her career to human resources, Jen was a practicing attorney, where she focused on all aspects of private equity sponsored mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and capital raising activities. After transitioning from legal practice, Jen spent several years leading recruiting and professional development efforts at a large international law firm before joining Ducker Carlisle in 2017.

Daniel Snider is Managing Director at Ducker Carlisle where he leads a team of project managers and analysts that serves several of Ducker Carlisle’s Fortune 500 client programs annually.

Daniel specialises in business, market and product development, strategic planning, quantitative methodologies and analysis, as well as focus group moderation for both consumers and professionals. Dan holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Strategic Marketing from University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. He has experience in new product development, brand assessment, voice of the customer, customer satisfaction including NPS, price elasticity, competitive positioning, product clinics and focus groups among other project types. He has led critical global market research programs and quantitative and qualitative competencies at Ducker Carlisle for over 19 years. Dan is an active board member of the Michigan State University Master of Science in Market Research program where he advises on curriculum, and he mentors students. Nicole is a Managing Director at Ducker Carlisle where she is responsible for the EU research and benchmarking projects.

She holds a PHD degree from University of Mannheim, and a degree in Marketing, French and Spanish. She joined Ducker Carlisle in 2007 and has more than 15 years of experience in leading very diverse projects in the transportation, construction, and packaging sector. She is fluent in French, Spanish and English, her native language is German.

KB is a Managing Director in the Strategic Solutions portfolio at Ducker Carlisle where he leads Retail Inventory Management (RIM) strategy and design of dealer/channel partner performance-based incentive programs.

KB holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Mumbai, India and a master’s in industrial engineering from Georgia Tech.
