Chad joined the firm in 2002 and has managed projects spanning all aspects of the automotive and transportation aftersales business – from inventory management to connected vehicle strategies. Most recently, he has established himself as an expert in the automotive service space. Chad holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University. She has over 20 years of experience in supply chain optimization, including leading operational excellence projects at Ducker Carlisle for over seven years.
